About us
Littleton roofing companies: what to expect from us
We do roofs — repair, replacement, hail claims, inspections, Class 4 and metal — across Littleton and the South Metro. No door-knocking after storms, no deductible games, no same-day-only pricing, and a written scope on every job.
Why this page exists
Every June, the day after the first big hail cell crosses the South Metro, out-of-state trucks appear in Southpark and Highlands Ranch with magnetic signs and clipboards. By November most are gone, and the homeowner with a leaking valley is calling a number that rings in Texas. Littleton has more roofing companies in August than in February; the difference is the ones who live here. We're one company, based in Littleton, working the same neighborhoods year-round.
What Colorado requires, and doesn't
There is no state roofing license in Colorado. Instead:
- The city or county licenses the contractor. Littleton's building division does, as do Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas counties, Centennial, Englewood, Lakewood, Lone Tree and Castle Rock. Because Littleton addresses sit in three counties, the right license is the one for the jurisdiction your parcel is in. We hold them and will show you.
- Every re-roof needs a permit and a mid-roof inspection. A quote without a permit line is a quote from someone planning to skip it.
- The Residential Roofing Bill of Rights, C.R.S. 6-22-101, requires a written contract with scope, price and dates, proof of liability insurance, and a 72-hour right to cancel if your claim is denied, and it bans any roofer from paying, waiving or rebating a deductible. That language is in our contract.
- Insurance. General liability and workers' compensation certificates reach you before a crew does. Ask every roofer for the same.
The Colorado Attorney General publishes a short guide to hiring a roofer after a storm; read it before signing anything.
How we quote
From the roof and the attic, not a satellite. The estimate is one itemized page — shingle line and class, underlayment, membrane, flashing, ventilation, decking allowance, permit, both warranties — good for 30 days. If a $350 boot is the fix, that's the quote. If the hail hit one slope and your deductible is $6,000, we'll say so. The best roofers in Littleton are the ones who talk you out of claims you'd lose.
Residential and small commercial
Residential roofing Littleton wide is most of the work: single-family, townhomes, rentals. We also handle the commercial roofing Littleton businesses actually need — low-slope TPO and modified bitumen on the storefronts along Broadway and Santa Fe, metal on the light-industrial buildings off Mineral Avenue. Large flat-roof projects we refer out.
Service area
